Feature Revisions

Contracts

  • Budget Details
    • An issue was identified where the job work centre description was not displaying after save, and this is rectified. This was a display issue only and data integirty was correct.
    • Separate Approve and Unapprove permissions have been introduced for budgets to prevent inadvertent data change. The Approve simply disables editing.
  • Work In Progress - the WIP Generation and WIP Adjustment Entry have been changed to use the WIP Code on the job rather than the Charge Type.
  • Contract Reports - previously, in some circumstances, the contract reports would not show any data. This has been corrected.

Timesheets

  • Personal Timesheet - It is no longer necessary to select a FinCo to select a job on a timesheet as the job picker will search across FinCos, and the FinCo is displayed in the search for reference purposes. Note that WebWB requires the control parameter 'Allow Foreign FinCo Jobs' to be 'No' for this to be enabled on a single database environment.
  • Admin Approval - An issue was found on the Daily Timesheet on the  Admin Approval screen that when the person was changed from the timesheet entry screen, the jobs list remained in the previous context. This has been rectified. Note that the job list is in context of the person whose time is being recorded, and not the context of the logged in user.

Jobs

  • Job List - The Finco filter option was added to the Jobs List.
  • Job Enquiry - The weekly timesheet was opened when navigating from Job Enquiry Transactions. This has been enhanced to open based on the "Timesheet Type" control parameter that dictates the timesheet style used for time entry.

Purchasing

  • Purchase Order List - An issue was identified with the list of Purchasers being presented, and this is rectified and it will display all people with the 'Edit Purchase Orders' permission.
  • AP Invoice Details - The duplicate AP Invoice number check was implemented for an AP invoice update.

Job Invoice

  • A new column InvoiceReportID is added to InvoiceTypes table for the SSRS invoice report instead of the ReportID column. This allows the Crystal report format used by the MDE to be retained. Each report id is managed from the respective applications. The new InvoiceReportID is populated with the existing SSRS report id for the record if configured to provide a seamless transition.
  • Get Sales - The 'Generate Billing' button is relabelled to 'Save - Generate Billing' for clarity.
  • Claims
    • Claim based Get Sales has been enhanced and now supports To Date claims by percentage Done.
    • Claims billing on the Get Sales page was cumbersome with a lengthy schedule as the grid waslimited to 20 items and saving navigated off the screen. This has been improved by increasing the grid to 100 items and remaining on the screen after a Save / Generate Billing action.
    • An issue was identified with the Schedule filter on Get Sales of Claims as it was not limiting the grid display. This is now rectified.

Plant

  • Plant Item Details - An issue was identified when attempting to save changes to plant jobs directly as the job level was set as 0. This is rectified and plant job are now correctly set as job level 1.

Administration

  • User Details - The Application Access tab is now always displayed but specific grids are hidden i.e. the Profit Centre Group is generic as so always visible; but Licensing, and Reporting Groups only display if the person has a login.
  • Licence Management - As part of the Named Licence rollout, multiple logins by the same user name from different machines or browsers are not supported, and new sessions will now automatically logout any prior sessions. Having multiple tabs or windows to WebWB within the same browser is not affected.
  • Licence Matrix - An error was reported when executing the Licensing script. This has been rectified.
  • The Job List function has been added to the Portal licence.

General

  • Batch Reports - An issue was identified where GL Accounts were not displaying. The respective procedure to encode the GL accounts is now called in the batch screen as well as the respective print buttons to ensure correct GL Accounts are available on previews.
  • File Attachments List - AP Invoice attachments were not being listed on the search result from the  File Attachments List filters. This has been rectified. The AP Invoice attachments were correctly linked and the issue was related to the search logic only.

Integration

  • Inter-company Postings
    • When exporting a batch which has inter-company postings, an inter-company line is displayed for each additional required FinCo, after the main batch has posted successfully.  These can then be posted separately to the other FinCos.
    • These inter-company lines can not be edited - they just have the checkbox for selection for export, and the Error hyperlink if there is one.

  • Xero Payroll
