AP Voucher Details -
- The PO Lines tab has been enhanced to in zero Quantity (value only) logic for for non-quantity based PO lines.
- Any intervening AP Voucher admin (i.e. with 'Voucher Admin Review/Approval' permission and not the assigned user) is now subject to mandate validation as per their 'AP Invoice Approvers Limit' setting.
- A display calculation issue on PO Lines tab for the Remaining values has been rectified.
- An error message issue when cancelling a non-submitted AP Voucher has been rectified.
An issue when confirming the Assigned popup without selecting from a person from the list has been corrected.

Image Documents List - An issue where only the latest 20 rows with a status of Reject or Indexing were being refreshed has been rectified. This was due to a change in 3rd party APIs.

AP Voucher Detail - Corrects an issue where only the first page of a multi-page invoice is visible in the document view panel. This correction downloads a pdf file rather than an image file used previously, and so documents already downloaded will continue to display one page.

IMPORTANT
Δ Xero Integration - This release is mandatory for clients integrating to Xero. Xero will be deprecating TLS 1.0 support via the Xero API on 30th June 2018 (read more...). Following Xero's recommendation, this release of WebWorkbench will now enforce use of TLS v1.2.
- AWS client environments are already updated and will not be affected.
- Should an on-premise client infrastructure not have the required libraries, attempts to connect to Xero will fail.

Reporting
- Reports Dashboard - The dashboard has been redesigned to provide filtering and pagination to improve performance and allow rapid access via the key element of report type, report name, and favourites.
Feature Revisions
Timesheets
- Mobile -
- On the mobi Timesheet the hours Quantity now always recalculates should the Star or End times get amended.
- The optional field Ref 1 and Ref 2 are now available, and the data entered populates to associated Plant or Stock transactions also.
- Timesheet Plant Issues - On the Plant Issues popup the selection of the Activity is now disabled, and always determined by the plant item's Rate Code.
- Approvals - The Week-ending date is now refreshed when using the 'Prev' and 'Next' button to navigate between timesheets.
Contracts
- Forecast tab -
- The Forecast Adjustment popup is now available for approved forecast, although not editable. Previously the popup was not available.
- The report Print button has been added to the Contract - Forecast tab.
- Work Centres tab - Measure fields are now available to capture Unit, Budget measure, Actual measure, and % Complete against a workcentre.
Jobs
- Job Maintenance, General - Since the 'Enforce Budget' option currently behaves in the manner of the 'Warn' option, it has been removed pending its functional review. Where 'Enforce Budget' is already set for a job then the option still displays and the logic remains in place.
- Job Enquiry - On the Summary tab of Job Enquiry, there is a change in column headings:
- "Revenue" becomes "Unapproved Revenue"
- "Approved Invoicing" becomes "Approved Revenue"
- "Invoicing" becomes "Total Revenue"
Purchasing
- Purchase Requisitions -
- The settings for Purchase Requisition Delivery Address types are now active by default when created.
- A setting 'Purchase Requisition Workflow Email Enabled' is introduced to control PR Workflow related emails at global or person level.
- AP Voucher Detail -
- The screen now allows edit of Job, WC, Activity in 'This Voucher' tab based on Voucher Admin Review/Approval permission.
- A setting 'AP Voucher Workflow Email Enabled' is introduced to control Voucher Workflow related emails at global or person level. With this enhancement the setting 'AP Voucher Assigned Email' has been deprecated.
- The local currency value was being displayed in the Remaining Value and this is corrected. To streamline the screen the save confirmation message has been removed. The creation of vouchers no longer requires 'Voucher Admin Review/Approve' permission.
- AP Invoice List -
- Unapplied credits were not being displayed, and the issue is resolved.
- The 'Included Related Credits' tickbox is removed and credits are automatically show when searching by Invoice No. A column showing 'Total Credit Incl' has been added, and also 'Credit No' is added as an explicit filter.

- AP Invoice Details -
- The TransDate on AP Invoice lines are now updated when the header is changed.
- The Code column in the AP invoice docket popup now displays the description for the selected code.
- The Get Order Lines popup Unit Rate now display 4 decimals as per the PO, with the resultant amount value calculation rounded to 2.
Subcontracts
- Subcontract Detail - To avoid confusion, the Subcontract context field on the Insurances tab of Subcontract details is now enforced as blank if the selected insurance Type on the row has an 'Is Mandatory' value of 'Subcontractor'.
Billing
- Job Invoice List - There was an issue sorting by Type and this is rectified.
- Job Invoice - The editing of quantities on input derived invoice lines will now recalculate the rate, and the line value will remain unchanged.
- Input Based Get Sales - Dynamic totals have been added on the Input Based Get Sales screen to show the Invoice, Defer, and WriteOff totals based on selected transactions.
Work Breakdown
- Job Claim Schedule -The Amount field of a Claim Schedule may now be edited. This allows for any manual rounding that may be required.
Daily Diary
- Daily Diary - An issue where field data max length was being incorrectly check is rectified.
Dockets
- Docket Entry -
- The related Job Transaction record for a Docket line is now deleted if the docket line is deleted. Note the docket line cannot be deleted should the underlying job transaction be approved, billed or invoiced; and the docket line is then disabled.
- The import button was calling the incorrect import procedure. It is rectified to wbImportDocketLines, NOT wbImportDocketOutputs
- The related Job Transaction record for a Docket line is now deleted if the docket line is deleted. Note the docket line cannot be deleted should the underlying job transaction be approved, billed or invoiced; and the docket line is then disabled.
Plant
- Plant Item Detail -
- The Plant Rates tab is updated to allow only one default to be saved.
- An issue with the display pagination for the meter readings has been resolved.
Expense Claims
- Expense Claims - There was an issue changing the currency on lines, and this is rectified.
Administration
- Roles - The 'General' global role has been granted the new “Workflow Reviewer” and ” Workflow Approver” permissions by default to retain backward compatibility.
- Utilities - A new utility wbUtilityChangeJobCode has been released to assist with amendments to job code. This includes the contract tables should the job have a contract.
- Utilities - A new utility wbUtilityRebatchNegativeInvoices has been released to process a selected batch of AR or AP Invoices (FROM Batch) and transfers any negative invoices into a credit batch (TO Batch).
- Utilities - A 'Job Transaction Transfer' utility screen has been added to assist with a simple transfer of transactions between jobs. Note this utility does not perform any validations, such as the work centre being valid in the target job, and the validation of the transfer is the responsibility of the user. The screen is accessed from the Administration - Utilities menu
A - Select the current job for the transactions to transfer.
B - Specify any further condition for the transactions to transfer, and [Apply] to list the transactions.
C - If the transaction to transfer are relatively few the you can select then using the tickboxes.
D - If there are numerous transaction to transfer then validate your filter across the pages listed, and when satisfied then tick the Transfer All checkbox.
E - Specify the destination job for the transfer.
F - When you satisfied all is correct then click [Transfer], and you will receive a confirmation message on completion of the transfer.
- Time Codes Maintenance - The Time Code percentage based grid now displays percentages in the standard format - editing in decimal format and displays as percentage for confirmation.

- The Reference field is now with populated with JobInvoices.InvoiceTitle, and if this is null then Jobs.Description is used.
- Invoice dates are now validated to be in the period of the batch.
- Additional checks have been added to prevent re-triggering of an export.
- Support for TLS v1.2 has been enabled for Xero's decommissioning of TLS v1.0.

- Job Reports - A predicate for Open/Closed/Finalised status has been added with "equals" and "is one of" operators.
