New Features
Daily Diary
- Docket Costing Schedule - The respective list and detail screens for maintaining Docket Costing Schedules have been added.
Feature Revisions
Timesheets
- Personal Timesheets - The daily timesheet is now revalidated on save to ensure all entries are within the timesheet week. Previously if a user typed a date outside of the week it may not have been validated.
Jobs
- Job Wizard - The wizard now allows job creation using a template with the option of a manual job code.
- Job List - The Jobs List company filter now specifically lists client companies with AR account numbers.
- Job Maintenance - There was an issue where invalid output schedule links were created. They did not corrupt actual data and could safely be deleted. This source event was identified and fixed.
- Job Enquiry
- A supplier filter has been added as an option on the Transactions tab of Job Enquiry to facilitate appropriate searching.
- The Invoicing tab of Job Enquiry is now limited to the current job / sub job context. It was previously possible amend the filters to display entries from other jobs and may have caused confusion.
Purchasing
- Purchase Requisitions - The import template process for Purchase Requisitions has been improved to align closer to on screen functionality. The template process now supports the Unit Cost being optional if an Item Code is specified. This previously required the Unit Cost to be specified with the Item Code.
- PR Review List - The Reference i.e. Purchase requisition number, has been added as a filter criteria on the PR Admin Review List.
- Procurement List - The maximum number of PO lines created from a PR was limited to 20, this is now extended to 100 lines.
- Purchase Order List - To ease identification of POs, the PO Reference is added to the list , as well as a filter criteria.
- Purchase Order Details
- The company picker now displays the FinCo of the supplier to assist identification in multi-FinCo environments.
- POs now accept 0 based quantity for non-item lines. This will allow non-quantity items, such as a fixed value service, to be be simply represented by value.
- A Complete button is now available on the PO Details screen to zero all outstanding values on the PO, and mark the lines as completed. The button is available based on the 'Complete PO' permission.
- Added a 'PO Approver Assigned Email' setting with global and person checkbox indicators for sending notification emails on approver assigned at policy level with person exceptions if required.
- AP Invoices List - The Assigned Approver is now displayed on the list, and is also available as a filter.
- AP Approved Invoices batch - when an APInvoice is approved and moved into a system batch, it is the FinCo of the supplier that now determines the FinCo of that batch, when previously the FinCo of the user was being incorrectly used.
- AP Invoice Details
- The PO fields for line PO Reference, Details and Unit Rate have been added to the Get PO Line popup to assist in identifying the appropriate PO line.
- The GST value in the header is now defaulted based on the GST Rate in the Control table when the AP Invoice 'Header Total Ext' process is used. Previously no default was given.
- The GST and GST Incl fields are now editable on AP Invoice lines for docket derived lines.

Job Invoice
- Job Invoice - Some refinement have been made to job invoicing:
- Billing Contact is now optional, although it still defaults based on job billing contact.
- Send email CC address now uses the company postal email; it was previously physical email.
- Bulk Send Final Invoice - The list email now shows the cc email if primary is empty, and on click Final shows an error message if a selected invoice does not have emaill displayed.
Subcontracts
- Subcontract Claim Details - The Subcontract Claim approval process is now integrated with the My Approvals screen, and the claim will display in the approvals list of the assigned subcontract administrator / job manager as applicable.
Datasheets
- Templates - The Question Text field has been extended from 255 to 1000 characters; and the Overall Rating field is now available on the company Maintenance Datasheets tab.
Plant
- Plant Item Details - The columns in the Extension Columns tab of the Plant Item popup now display correctly as per the Web Portal view configuration for the Plant extension type in Extension Columns administration. The columns were previously not correctly displayed.
General
- Send Email - The email popup now provides a person picker to pre-populate the name and email address. These were manually entered previously.
Reporting
- Report Type - A client company picker is now available for predicate reports. Previously there was only a generic company and supplier picker.
- Reports - The AR Credit note now also has an AR Summary Credit version without line details.
Integration
Xero
- Previously an AP Invoice export would fail if the Invoice Number already existed in Xero for any supplier. Now it is checking the combination of Invoice Number and Supplier.
General
- Flat file export is now available for payroll, even when all the other exports are done with the MYOB or Xero API. This is enabled by the 'File Based Payroll Export' setting at FinCo level.
- On the Batch Control screen the credit entry on Docket batches is now created when the batch is closed. This ensures that the batch is balanced prior to printing a batch report or exporting.
