New Features
Contracts
- A Forecast summary panel is now available on the Contract Summary tab displaying Revenue vs Cost budgets for the Original, Current and Forecast period.
Administration
- User Roles Matrix - This Admin screen facilitates a multi-user / multi-role view to allow easier comparison and allocation of roles to users, and visual validation to their licenses. It supports cloning a selected user's roles configuration to multiple other users.
- My Emails Status List - A new email status page My Email Status List is now available under Lists - Other and displays the state of emails from the current user. This allows a user to check on the status of emails they have initiated. It is licensed to the 5 standard license roles and the Portal license.
Feature Revisions
Timesheets
- Timesheets -
- Rectified the error where the Activity code could not be modified on a duplicated line. Also corrected highlighting the day's entries by clicking the day on the totals.
- The Time and Plant screen now supports parameters for ContractCode and Date to allow the display of a specific entry when navigating from Job Enquiry.
Work Breakdown
- Activity List - The Excel Export feature is available from the Activities List filter option button.
- Claim Schedule - Output Schedules and Claim Schedules are distinguished by the population of the JobCode and ContractCode columns: for Output Schedules they should be both null and for Claim Schedules they should both be populated. Sometimes Claim Schedules could end up with the ContractCode populated but with a null JobCode. A data update has been added to ensure that any schedules which have claim lines against them have JobCode and ContractCode columns populated correctly.
Contracts
- Budget Details -
- The Job Work Centre Description was sometimes showing for the wrong subjob on budget lines. This has been corrected.
- An 'Edit Budget' permission is added to the details page to prevent editing and saving changes by un-permitted people. Pagination is not affected by this permission. Not assigned to any roles by default. Lack of 'Edit Budget' permission will hide the New Budget button on the Budget List.
Jobs
- Job List -
- The breadcrumb navigation has been implemented on Job Enquiry and Job Budget to navigate back to Job List, as well as other Job List ellipsis options.
- A "View Job Financials List" permission has been added to control the visibility of the button on Job List. It is not assigned to any standard roles by default; only on the administrator role.
- Job Financial List - The Excel Export option is now available on the Apply filter button of the list.
- Job Templates - There was an issue when using job templates with more than 20 work centres defined, that only 20 work centres were being linked in the new job. This has been rectified.
- Job Enquiry - The page count on the pagination control was sometime incorrectly cached causing difficulty with pagination. This is rectified.
Job Invoice
- Job Invoice List - The Job Invoices List has been enhanced to show Excl, GST and Incl values in separate columns. The Received and Outstanding values are always GST inclusive. The display options are now just to select between LC and FC values.
- Job Invoice - The Invoice Lines By "Sales Code, Work Centre" option has been added to the Charge Types. This option applies to Input and Output based jobs, and this is visible from the Generate Sales - Summary tab and on the Invoice Details.
Purchasing
- Purchase Requisitions List - A 'Requested By' column is added to the Purchase Requisitions List between Supplier and Job to indicate the origin. It may be hidden in grid management if not required.
- Purchase Requisitions Details - Purchase requisitions now support negative lines to cater for discounts. The purchase requisition total cannot be negative as this feature is not for a credit. A negative total PR may be saved as this could be during incomplete capture; but it will be prevented from submission.
- Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders - The inconsistencies in the button layout on the Purchase Requisition details and Purchase Order details screens were rectified to be consistent with the application standards.
- AP Invoicing - The Retail value of non-PO referenced AP Invoice lines was not being set through the Price Code. This has been rectified and the required Retail values are calculated and set during the installation of this release.
Subcontracts
- Work Order Details - Work Orders now have the option to select different print formats.
Daily Diary
- Dashboards Management - The "Time and Plant" option is now available as a Page when setting up Daily Diary Dashboards Management.
- Miscellaneous Text - The Daily Diary - Miscellaneous Text screen now used the memo popup control to facilitate ease of reading. Previously the text was presented on a single line only.
Dockets
- Docket Details -
- The Sequence number of new dockets was being initialised to 0 resulting in them not being displayed. This is rectified.
- The recosting of Docket Job Transactions now recosts the corresponding Docket lines themselves.
Stock
- Stock Issues Batch Entry - The stock picker on the Stock Issue Batch Entry was inadvertently displaying non-stock items as well. This is rectified.
Plant
- Plant Item Details - The Driver Move and Location Move actions are now paired with a mandatory date. A view of the respective audit trails is now visible with the action popups from Plant Item details.
Reporting
- Fixed HTML content blocks, specified in a group of Settings (e.g. "Report AR Invoice Footer"), have been added to the following document reports:
- AR Invoice
- AR Credit
- Contract Claim
- Purchase Order
- Work Order
- On PO Entry, if a PO Type is selected, the Footer Text is populated from a Report Text Template named "PO Footer for [PO Type]", where [PO Type] is the PO Type as entered. This can then be edited on the document as required.
Administration
- Password - A problem with the emailing of passwords on the shared AWS platform was fixed.
- Role Details - The Role Details popup has been enhanced to use a single permissions grid and enhanced with permission filters to provide better readability. It now supports successive role cloning to permit easier role building from the standard system roles.
- Licence Management -
- The Timesheet List function has been added to the Data Entry, Project Manager and Contract Admin licences.
- The Currencies Maintenance is now licenced correctly for System Admin.
Integration
Data Imports
- The automatic processing of import files using a Powershell script is now enabled, by exposing the Data Import screen to the API. Files dropped into a specified folder can be processed on a scheduled Windows Task.
Companies Update
- When syncing Companies from MYOB or Xero, the Use GST flag is now set to true on all new companies. Thereafter this flag is not updated when syncing existing companies. So companies that don't use GST should have the Use GST flag unchecked manually in Workbench after the initial sync, and it will not be subsequently overwritten.
