Subcontract Claim
Payment Due Date
- This will default based on the subcontract days if set up (if Claims Certification Days is null assumes 0)
- If subcontract days is not set up, it will default based on the ctrl param 'Subcontract Claim Default Payment Days'
- If the user changes the date and saves; but then wishes to revert to the default they can click on the Reset icon
Securities Act
- Allows for optional Securities Act dropdown
- This is Lookup field of type ‘ClaimSecuritiesAct’, with an item 'ABCC Security of Payments Act'
- No rules are implemented against this field.
Inwards Goods Mobile
- Attachment support has been added to Inwards Goods Mobile. As per the desktop screen, the attachment will be made to the PO being referenced.

New Features
AP Voucher
The 'PO Approver' function on Workflow Schemas has been enhanced to used the 'Derived Limit' i.e. the PO approval mandate for the specific person; as opposed to a specified mandate in the context of the schema irrespective of the PO Approver.
- The 'Derived Limit' option is only available when the selected function is PO Approver.
- Tick the checkbox to enable the Derived Limit, and the Limit will reset to zero (0.00).
- Conversely, setting a Limit of zero will also enable the Derived Limit.
- The derived limit for 'PO Approver' is the 'PO Approvers Limit' setting as applied when the PO was approved.
Procurement List
Procurement List
A. The Procurement List feature is available from the Purchasing menu; not the item within the Requisitions submenu.
B. As usual the list may be filtered by various criteria to locate the required list, and additional criteria used as required.
C. Click the [New Job Procurement List] button to display the detail screen to add a list, or the respective list Id to edit.

D. The Procurement List Detail has a header section and the Description and Job fields are required. The supplier field is optional and serves as the default for the lines.
E. Should the list be similar a pre-existing list then the lines may be copied.
F. The procurement items are specified in the grid, the Description and Activity being mandatory.
G. The lines that are ready for procurement must be marked as ‘Approved’, and this will make them available on the Procurement tab.
Procurement Detail – Procurement tab
H. To prepare the procurement items we specify the Work Centre (if known), and the respective This Quantity and Value; and [Save]. To close off a line if no further procurement of the item are required, the Complete flag may be ticked.
I. Once the values are specified for This Quantity and Value we can select whether to procure via the Purchase Requisition or Purchase Order process. The options available are configured via the 'Procurement uses PR' and 'Procurement uses PO' permissions. As the purchase is processed, the relevant values for Requisition and Ordered will display.
J. The value in the Requisition or Ordered columns becomes the link to the PR List and PO List respectively, filtering for the documents including the specific procurement line. The standard option to open in a new tab is available from this link.
Procurement Detail – History tab
• The History tab lists all PRs and POs created from this Procurement List.
• This can be filtered to find a specific document as per usual.
• To see PRs and POs for a specific procurement line item, use the link from the Procurement tab PR or PO value respectively.
Notes
- Procurement tab support two grid views:
- ProcurementDetailList is intended for the main office with full width grid
- ProcurementDetailFieldList is intended for a field basedview with fewer grid columns
The respective grid setting is assigned to individual using the Procurement Layout setting that defines the global grid and (possibly different) individual grids
- Bulk purchasing of purchase requisitions may be processed using the existing ‘Bulk Lines Procurement’ screen under the Purchasing – Requisitions submenu.
- The permission ‘Procurement Lists’ will display an entry on the Job ellipsis.
Feature Revisions
Timesheets
- Daily Timesheet - The 'Enforce budget' option for Check Against Currency on a Job now prevent saving time entries in excess of the budget.
Purchasing
- Purchase Order - An issue where a configuration for a mandatory Required Date was not checking correctly is rectified.
- AP Voucher -
- A side effect where adding an attachment to a manual AP Voucher no longer prompted if the attachment was the invoice, and so did not display the invoice in the image panel was rectified.
- The supplier matching by Tax Number now ignores spaces and dashes.
Contracts
- Job Budget - For non Original Contract budgets (i.e. variations), the budget Internal Reference will default to the next in the sequence beginning "V001" for the contract. This may be overwritten and the sequence format is not configurable.
- Retention Type - The Step by Percent retention calculation was incorrect when a contract had more than one claim schedule.
Jobs
- Job List - Job List filter tiles on the Homepage were not working correctly when there were multiple tiles. This is rectified, and the the tile now auto apply their respective filter.
- Price Code - The priority on Price Code line displays was inverted and this is rectified.
Service Desk
- Log Maintenance - An 'Order Number' is now available on the General tab as a text entry.
Stock
- Inwards Goods Mobile -
- An issue where a receipting in excess message was incorrectly displayed was rectified.
- Attachments functionality is added; note the attachment is made to the associated PO.
- An issue where a receipting in excess message was incorrectly displayed was rectified.
Administration
- User - The Settings tab numeric values length has been increased from 10,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 to be consistent with the Settings Maintenance screen.
- Time Code - The Time Code Detail now supports both Rate and Percentage type lines, where the two types are presented as separate tabs. Previously a Time Code could only support one type as selected in a dropdown.
- Catalogue Maintenance - Long catalogue lists were previously not displaying correctly, and pagination is introduced to rectified this issue.
- Email Templates - The email template for 'Notification - DiscussionSent' now enables configuration of the email subject and provides token support for:

- $DiscussionType
- $DiscussionContextIntID - #IntID of discussion
- $DiscussionContextStringID - StringID of discussion
- $DiscussionContextDateID - DateID of discussion formatted as dd/MM
- $From - From person name

and the new default email for this will specify the document type and its reference number.
