IMPORTANT

Δ #1 Daily Timesheets -

  • Attachments on timesheet lines now attaches to a timesheet line, previously this was to the Job.
  • Previously created attachments will be visible from the respective job. Weekly Timesheet will continue to attach to Job.
  • This will require a grid management Reset.


New Features

Jobs

  • Jobs - A new ctrl param 'Use Employee Agreements' will drive the display of EBA related fields in web on:
    • User Employee (Employee Agreement)
    • Job Template - Details (Agreement Scheme)
    • Job Maintenance - Billing (Agreement Scheme).
  • The default for 'Use Employee Agreements' is False.


Subcontracts

  • Subcontract Insurance - A review process is now supported by a Review flag on subcontract insurance . Upload of an attachment to an insurance record will trigger an email to the subcontract administrator / job manager to review the insurance. Unreviewed insurances behave like expired insurances. The notification Email Template is 'Notification - Company Insurance Review'. It supports the following tokens:
    • SubContractCode; Description; Details
    • CertificateType; CertificateNo; CertificateHolder; CertificateExpiryDate
    • InsuranceType; InsuranceName; InsuranceCertificateNo; InsuranceExpiryDate

Reporting

  • Report Viewer - A PDF output format can now be downloaded from the report viewer. This downloads the PDF file being viewed to the local machine.

Lists

  • Company Details There was an issue editing addresses, and this is rectified.

Timesheets

  • Δ #1 Daily Timesheets - Attachments on timesheet lines now attaches to a timesheet line, previously this was to the Job. Previously created attachments will be visible from the respective job. Weekly Timesheet will continue to attach to Job. This will require a grid management Reset.
  • Mobile Timesheet -
    • The Save button is now disabled for the duration of the process to prevent it being clicked multiple times.
    • Start and End times are now featured on mobile timesheet Day's Detail list, and Entry's Detail has minor layout tweak.
  • Bulk Timesheet Entry - This was displaying a blank Employee Class field as available on Timesheet Approval 2 screen from Timesheet Approval. This is rectified so the  Employee Class field is not available, but can only be used in Timesheet Approval 2 screen.
  • Daily Approvals - Timesheet Daily Approvals now displays the timesheet line attachment for viewing.
  • Approvals - An issue where long People.UserReference values were causing errors on Timesheet Administrator approvals is rectified.

Purchasing

  • Purchase Request Detail - Delivery address is no longer mandatory on saving. It is now only mandatory when the PR is being submitted.

Contract

  • Forecasting -
    • Adjustments popup at Activity level now restricts entry to the current activity context.
    • The Adjustments popup now displays the person who entered the adjustment.
    • If approved, the approver name is displayed on the Forecast tab.

Jobs

  • Job Output Schedule - The Job Output Schedule Detail screen now includes the Details column at a line level to allow capture of further narrative for the output lines to be specified. Note this Details field is not currently on the standard invoice format.

Subcontracts

  • Subcontractor Portal Claim -
    • A subcontractor user may now access the subcontract claims attachments tab. They are able to perform all attachment operations when the claim is in edit mode, but after submission they are restricted to uploads only.
    • Subcontractor Portal was incorrectly reporting that a 'Claim could not be created as there is an open claim,' when in fact the reason was a final claim. This is rectified.
  • Subcontract Insurance -
    • Only the Type is mandatory now. Previously the Insurer and Insurance Number were also mandatory.
    • There was an issue where insurances relating to other subcontracts were being checked out of context. This is rectified.

Datasheets

  • Datasheet -
    • A new ctrl param 'Datasheet Job Picker Max Level' numeric specifies the underlying filter for job level and limits the job picker for new datasheets. This is displayed in the popup for information but cannot be changed.
    • The Integer input control is widened.

Dockets

  • Docket Reconciliation - The Excel Export on the filter is added to Docket Reconciliation.
  • Docket Cost Schedule Details - The Docket Cost Schedule popup now provides a Print button with a default report to 'Docket Cost Schedule' report type.

Configuration

  • Catalogue Maintenance - An import is now available for the lines on the Catalogue Details screen. This uses the standard import screen and supports inserts and updates; and an Excel template is provided.

General

  • My Approvals List - There was an issue with pagination on the My Approvals screen, and this is rectified.
  • Licensing - The new licence role 'Supervisor' now displays in License Matrix screen and License Management screen.
  • Control Parameter - The control parameter 'Notes On Negative Values' used on timesheets had an incorrect memo type of Subcontracts, this is updated to Timesheets. There was no logic implication.
  • System Wizard - The 'Week 1 Ending Date' control parameter set from System Wizard has its label and description updated. The corresponding control parameter Valid Values text is likewise updated.

Reporting

  • Sub reports can now be used on AWS environment; subject to the dataset being available on the header. The sub reports would allow common header and footers being available on custom reports.
  • A new 'Profit Centre Report Code' picker is now available for report filters.
  • A new report filter 'Non Stock Job' picker is now available.
