4.4.31 - 24 Aug 2020

Beta Release 4.4.31.19

Release - 24 Aug 2020

New Features

Daysheets

The new Daysheet feature for data entry in the context of a specific supervisor, project and date has been enhanced to close the gap with Daily Diary which is due for replacement.

The new functionality follows the familiar pattern, the key points being:

  • Accessed from the Daysheet List on the Daily Diary menu

  • Data entry is in context of a specific supervisor, project and date as specified in the Header tab

  • New tabs are provided for the entry of Stock Issues, File Attachments, and Extension Columns for the day.

  • The extension columns are for the Extension Type ‘DocketHeader’ and the ‘Web Portal’ view.

Feature Revisions

Purchasing

  • Job Procurement List - The underlying query for the Procurement tab has been optimised.

  • Purchase Order - An issue was rectified where an individual PO line could not be completed. This functionality is rectified allowing you to tick the PO line to complete, and then use the ‘Complete’ button (not the ‘Save’ button) to save this action.

  • Inward Goods - An issue has been rectified where ticking the All option in the header only reduced the Qty to zero but not the Cost.

Jobs

  • Budget - The creation of a Work Order from the budget will now allow selection of the Work Order Type, previously this was always initialised to ‘Original Contract’.

Workflows

  • My Approvals List - The issue where the Messages tab of the Workflow popup sometimes did not work when accessing successive documents from My Approvals List has been rectified.

Process

  • PO Accrual - The PO Accrual is amended to only accrue approved POs.

Administration

  • User -

    • Employee Details - The Employee Class input now auto filters inactive classes.

    • Application Access tab - The Reporting Group section has been amended to exclude non-web reporting groups, so MDE related user management will have to be performed from the MDE for clients running the MDE in parallel.

Integration

Upvise & Sharperlight

  • Upvise Forms to WB Datasheets - When creating Datasheet Templates in Workbench when syncing Forms from Upvise, we now populate the Code column on both the header and lines i.e. DatasheetTemplate.Code populated with form template id; and DatasheetQuestion.Code populated with form field id. This allows the required queries to be constructed in Sharperperlight should you wish to report on this data.
