Form 1 NZ Construction businesses

New Zealand businesses regulated by the Construction Contracts Act, are required to include the following on a Payment Claim:

• an outline of the process for responding to the claim; and

• an explanation of the consequences of

  • not responding to the payment claim; and

  • not paying the claimed amount, or the scheduled amount, in full (whichever is applicable).

This can be achieved by adding the Form1

1. Preferred Option Using Control Parameter ‘Display Form 1 on Contract claim footer subreport’:
   When this CP is enabled (=yes), the Form 1 text will display on the subreport used on all Contract Claim reports: wbContractClaimFooterSubreport
   Form 1 textbox will only display if Contract Claim currency = NZD AND if the new CP = yes.
   
   

2. Use Setting 'Report Contract Claim Footer'
   Populate setting 'Report Contract Claim Footer' with the HTML code on the text file attached. This will ensure the right format, and it can always be edited from the Setting editor if further changes are required.
