Overview:
Our Service offering provides back office functionality and a mobile platform for Service Teams out in the field. Workbench integrates with Upvise Mobile Application to provide end-to-end support on servicing type of jobs, high visibility of the work to be done, to the office staff as well as to the team on-the-go performing the jobs, using Upvise Jobs.
It can also be used for Equipment repairs or maintenance on your own workshop. A Service Log can be created against a Plant Item in Workbench, or an Upvise Repair Job against a piece of equipment in Upvise.
Whether is a Plant Job or Client Job that is being carried out, all costs and outputs can be entered via a Service Log. These Logs are also visible from each Job Enquiry.
The Service Desk module provides for:
the creation of Logs to record instances of work to be carried out either from Workbench Logs or from Upvise Jobs.
linking of one or more Logs to a Job Code.
capturing of various date/time indicators of performance against the Log.
capturing all the work done on a Job on the Transactions tab to resemble more closely our successful Daysheet format.
Notes integration from field to back office.
the creation of Purchase Orders directly against Logs.
Log matching on AP Vouchers.
integration of attachments and data entry forms from Upvise back to Workbench.
Log Completion screen with a Financial Summary.
a view of all Log activity on a given Job from Job Enquiry, this view presents as a financial snapshot of each Log with the ability to drill into it.
ability to Bill from the Log.
