Overview:

Our Service offering provides back office functionality and a mobile platform for Service Teams out in the field. Workbench integrates with Upvise Mobile Application to provide end-to-end support on servicing type of jobs, high visibility of the work to be done, to the office staff as well as to the team on-the-go performing the jobs, using Upvise Jobs.

It can also be used for Equipment repairs or maintenance on your own workshop. A Service Log can be created against a Plant Item in Workbench, or an Upvise Repair Job against a piece of equipment in Upvise.

Whether is a Plant Job or Client Job that is being carried out, all costs and outputs can be entered via a Service Log. These Logs are also visible from each Job Enquiry.

The Service Desk module provides for:

  • the creation of Logs to record instances of work to be carried out either from Workbench Logs or from Upvise Jobs.

  • linking of one or more Logs to a Job Code.

  • capturing of various date/time indicators of performance against the Log.

  • capturing all the work done on a Job on the Transactions tab to resemble more closely our successful Daysheet format.

  • Notes integration from field to back office.

  • the creation of Purchase Orders directly against Logs.

  • Log matching on AP Vouchers.

  • integration of attachments and data entry forms from Upvise back to Workbench.

  • Log Completion screen with a Financial Summary.

  • a view of all Log activity on a given Job from Job Enquiry, this view presents as a financial snapshot of each Log with the ability to drill into it.

  • ability to Bill from the Log.
