Job Enquiry Logs
Overview:
This tab shows any Service Logs created against the job.
This tab only appears if there are existing Logs on the Job. Columns can be managed from Grid Management.
Screen Guide:
Log No is a link to the actual Log. Click on it to navigate to the Service Log.
Description displays the Log Description.
Client is the company for which the work has been done.
Status and Workflow Status are very similar, however, Status column has been kept to maintain compatibility with Service Logs in MDE (our legacy Desktop platform). Both statuses are automatically updated as the Log changes from one stage to the other. This can be hidden from Grid Management if MDE platform is not being used.
Workflow Status is automatically updated as the Log is created, allocated, completed and billed.
Allocated shows the person who is responsible for completing/managing the work on this Log.
Completed Date is populated once the Log has been marked as completed.
