Overview:

This tab provides the space to display a custom Sharperlight report designed to show key job data by using the advanced reporting capabilities that Sharperlight provides. It could be a visual format with graphs or a simple data grid.

Screen Guide:

Open

• The report must be a Sharperlight report with a @JobCode as filter (exact name). The Job code will be passed as a parameter by the Workbench application to Sharpelright.

• Setting Job Enquiry Sharperlight Dashboard URL must be populated with the report URL to enable this tab to appear.

• Control Parameter Sharperlight base URL must be populated with Sharperlight’s url i..e.: https://yourSharperlightServer/mdservice1Rest

Next Steps:

There are alternative ways to display Sharperlight reports in Workbench.

• A Sharperlight report or dashboard can be displayed on Workbench Home page using Control Parameter Home Page Frame Url. This will enable the Shaperlight Login page or Dashboard once loggedin on Workbench home screen for every user.

Open

• A Sharperlight report can be rendered from the Print button in some modules throughout Workbench. A Print button shows a list of reports that match the report type valid for that area of the application. A common example is printing additional reports from the Print button in an AR Invoice.
  The report has to be defined in Reports List with a Rendering Mode = Sharperlight and added to a Report Group for it to be available. Our Support Team can assist on this if you have specific requirements.

• A title on the home screen can be created with an external link to a Sharperlight report to have it handy.
