This hotfix addresses:
Upvise Standard Forms - Support for client changes to the form name on Plant Movement, Driver Change, Leave Application, and Time and Attendance forms by using a hidden field 'Workbench Form Name'. Note, you will need to set the ‘Workbench Form Name’ field for existing forms on our instance/clients as the default field added to templates won’t populate on existing forms of that templates.

New Features
AP Voucher - Extract Multi Finco Suppliers
Data extraction is enhanced to support contexts where suppliers are servicing a multi finco environment. Previously the use of only the tax number to identify the supplier resulted in an ambiguous result where the user was required to select the appropriate supplier record.
This requires a configuration change to the extraction process to add ‘Invoice To’. For non-AWS sites, contact support for this configuration change once the application version is updated.
A. Where there are multi Financial Companies in use, the Data Extraction mapping now includes an ‘Invoice To’ field.
B. The invoiced / billed party on the invoice image should be mapped to this field.
C. On saving the supplier record is now determined by:
the supplier GST Number matching the Tax Number, and
the supplier Financial Company Description matching a portion of the Invoice To
As before, should a single supplier record not be identified, the field is blank for user intervention.
Feature Revisions
Timesheets
Timesheet Mobile - Plant issues and Stock issues are no longer available on a completed timesheet.
Admin Timesheet Entry - Rectified an issue where the Break was not correctly recognised in the calculation of the Quantity.
Purchasing
Purchase Order -
An issue where catalogue description were not auto populated unless the PO header was saved prior to the creation of the line is rectified.
Inactive users and those without a PO Approval Limit are now omitted from the PO Approver list. Other validations such as permissions will continue to be tested on clicking ‘Approve’.
The GST Type list is now filtered for AP types only.
Image Document List - Now supports the Doc ID and Voucher ID filter criteria.
AP Voucher List -
Rectified an issue with the Job filter. It was inadvertently dependent on another criteria.
Now supports the Doc ID filter criterion.
AP Voucher - Rectified a scenario where the 'Voucher Header Edit' permission was not being correctly applied.
AP Invoice - An issue where the Rate was not calculated and saved when the AP invoice is created on voucher approval is rectified.
Contracts
Budget - Rectified an issue with the filtering and sorting of Budget Date.
Forecast -
Rectified a serialization error arising from large forecasts.
Calculate the outstanding commitment on a Standing PO to be the Order Cost, irrespective of any AP invoices that have been processed against it.
Contract Retention Release - The contract list is now subject to Profit Centre Group security and is consistent with other areas.
Jobs
Job Wizard & Job Maintenance -
Inactive companies are now filtered out of the Client company picker to prevent inadvertently creating a job against an inactive company. This applies to the Job Wizard and Job Maintenance.
An error message is now displayed if there is a discrepancy between the Job’s Finco (via its Profit Centre) and the Client company’s Finco.
Billing
Job Invoice - The Profit Centre based Job Invoice numbering is now synchronized with the MDE field for the next invoice number.
Claim Based Get Sales - Rectified an error arising from header rate calculation using the quantity where the sum of the sub item quantities was zero.
Bulk Send Final Invoices - A check is added that each email has an attachment before emailing. If there is no attachment, the email is not sent and the invoice status is unchanged. If there are any invoices without attachments, a message is displayed at the end of the process.
Subcontracts
Subcontract Retention Release - The subcontract list is now subject to Profit Centre Group security and is consistent with other areas.
Work Breakdown
Output Schedule & Claim Schedule - The Schedule Code validation now displays an error message for the forward slash character (/).
Datasheets
Mobile Datasheets - The available Datasheet Template for Plant and Logs can now be restricted by specifying the respective Plant Group or Log Type on the Datasheet Template Type. Note the Log Type is only currently supported as an MDE user scenario.
Stock
Stock Items List - The ‘Quantity On Order’ now displays the order outstanding quantity for non-stock location in the same way as for stock locations. This also applies to the drill through to Stock Transactions for non-stock locations.
Stock Transactions - The ‘Tran Type’ for stock return transactions will display ‘Return’ instead of ‘Issue’ and only relying on the Quantity and Cost sign to convey the transaction.
Stock Return - Corrected the displayed sign on the Total Cost.
Administration
Reversal Batches - Adjustments (if flagged for reversal), PO Accruals, Contract Claim Accruals, and WIP Accruals now automatically generate reversal batches in the following period. These are identifiable on the Export Control screen with a new Reversal Of Batch column which shows the batch that was reversed. This column can also be filtered on, so a list of reversal batches can be displayed.
A. A new filter ‘Reversal of Batch’ is now available
B. The filter corresponds to the new column also titled ‘Reversal of Batch’.
C. And this is reflected on the Batch Details popup as well.
Batch Control - ‘Not for Export’ was enabled for open batches only. Now it is also enabled for export failed batches.
EBA - Now when processing timesheets with the new EBA (control parameter EBA Mode = ‘Payroll’), if an employee does not have an Employee Profile, the Activities.PayExportInclude flag determines which timesheet lines to create in PayrollTransactions.
System Setup - Plant Upload Template - Several issues identified on the template were addressed:
The upload now caters for Budget Activity Group Code, Jobs Cr GL Account, Use GST, and Requires Scheduling.
Driver Move Date and Location Move Date will be set to the upload date.

Integration
MYOB Advanced - WorkbenchInterface API v6.00.009
Timesheets - This feature replaces previous Payroll Timesheet API export to MYOB Adv. Therefore, the previous export to Pay Run functionality will no longer be available. Unlike the corresponding file export, this feature does not aggregate lines by timesheet date. This approach requires a user to manually process import timesheet lines created by Workbench Integration into a payrun in MYOB Adv and the lines syncs to the MYOB Adv. “Import Timesheets” screen.
Note: You will also need to remove the File Based Payroll export setting (Fig 1.0) to enable the WB-MYOB Adv. timesheet sync via the API; refer below.
AR Invoices - MYOB Advanced has options for manual or automatic AR Invoice numbering, and Workbench integration now also supports manual numbering. To use this feature, simply switch on manual numbering for AR Invoices in MYOB Adv.
Note: The caveat is that all AR Invoicing - project and non-project related must be processed in Workbench. Otherwise if the financial user in MYOB Adv. creates a manual AR Invoice in the financial system you might run the risk of an error when exporting the “Next” AR Job Invoice from Workbench to MYOB Adv; example below.
To enable this feature, you will need to inform the MYOB dealer that is looking after your Workbench-MYOB Advanced client to change the Invoice numbering sequence to “Manual” via Accounts Receivable Preferences); refer below.
You will need to also inform your WB-MYOB Adv. client by enabling this feature will mean that “ALL” AR Invoices (project and non-project) needs to be processed in Workbench. This will also require a MYOB Advanced endpoint upgrade as well. (Shortly I will add endpoint 6.00.009 to our internal Wiki for you to download).
Upvise
Timesheet Start and End times will now cater for time zones when syncing to Workbench. This will also address EBA rules based on working time.
Plant movement form has been created which allows the user to change the allocated project and region in Upvise. Once this form is submitted the change in location (region) will update in Workbench.
A new standard template Leave Application will now sync to Workbench as a Leave Request. Note, Upvise allows multiple people to be specified on some dropdowns, however the sync will only take the first contact in these cases, so separate leave application should be used per person.
The Upvise Daily Diary has the Docket form updated. Users can now enter into either the price or extended price (each field will update the other). The extended price will synchronise back to Workbench rather than using docket cost schedule rate and quantity to calculate a total cost for the line.

Dashboard Report Filters - Rectified a licensing error and a saving error on custom filter criteria that was introduced by Report Categories.
wbJobTransaction001 - Job Transactions by Work Centre - Source of Description changed for Dockets, now also looks at Line Description from the Docket record.
