New Features
Dashboard Report Options
Some options have been introduced to all standard dashboard reports.
• Report Filter - An 'Options' button is now available on the report filter popup from dashboard reports. This displays the two options available, note the options are not saved as part of the filter configuration if custom filter settings are saved, and must be set with each 'View' as required.
• Print Report Filter - This will now include a headliner in standard reports specifying the filters applied for the report and will serve to clarify the context of the data displayed. This default is currently unticked to retain existing behaviour.
• Print Report Troubleshooting Parameters - This option was relocated from the title bar and provides technical details on the specific parameters passed to the reports. You may be requested to provide these should you need to log a support issue for a report.

Purchases
- Purchase Order -
- The 'Line Code' field length has been extended from 20 characters to 30 in order to accommodate the 30 character Supplier Part No from catalogues.
- An issue preventing a PO from being Unapproved when the related job had the 'Enforce Budget' option is rectified.
AP Vouchers - Added a 'Cancel Vouchers' permission to determine which users may cancel vouchers that are not assigned to a person, either explicitly or by workflow. The General role has the 'Cancel Vouchers' permission to retain existing behaviour, and this must be removed if cancel is to be controlled. For explicit or workflow assigned vouchers. the assigned user or designated users with 'Voucher Admin Review/Approval' permission may cancel vouchers.
Contracts
Forecast - The navigation to PO was inadvertently omitted with the new Expected Commitment popup; and this is rectified.
Billing
Job Sales Invoices -
Visibility based on the user's Profit Centre Groups is in place for the list.
- The Client filter now shows the AR Account, not the AP Account and suppliers have been removed from this filter.
Subcontracts
- Subcontract, Dates - For clients that follow a strict process using the 'Subcontract Signed' date, a Control Parameter 'Subcontract sign before claiming' with Yes/No can now be set to 'Yes' to prevent subcontract claims on subcontract without 'Subcontract Signed' date. The 'New Claim' button will be disabled and the tooltip will display the reason on hover.
- Work Order - Negative value work orders for de-scoped work can now be submitted for workflow approval. The workflow behaviour based on its absolute value.
- Subcontract Claim -
- You are now prevented from Approving a subcontract claim that has not been fully reviewed i.e. any line that has been claimed must be fully certified or have an accompanying 'Not Certified Reason' for the lesser or zero certified value.
- Access to the 'Batch' button on the subcontract claim can now be set using the 'Batch Subcontract Claims' permission. The permission is granted to the 'General’ role to retain current behaviour.
- An issue where the super header did not display when all 'Qty' fields were hidden on the 'Sub Contract Claim' grid is rectified.
- Subcontract Claims List - Visibility based on the user's Profit Centre Groups is in place for the list.
Stock
- Stock Issues By Location / Van Stock Issues - The Job in the grid lines are now restricted to cost jobs, and the auto batch system batch if based on the issuing Stock Location as displayed in the header.
Timesheet
- Timesheet Batch Entry - There are now three options to choose from when a batch is reset. You can leave the timesheets on their current complete and approved statuses, Unapprove, or Uncomplete and Unapprove.
Daysheet
- On Save, the Schedule and Date will not be able to be edited.
Administration
- Workflow -
- A standard email to the submitter is now incorporated on approval. It is dependent on the respective Workflow Email setting.
- Comments are incorporated into the standard workflow emails.
- Utility Maintenance - An issue where the 'Default Operator' was not being saved is rectified.

API
The number of supported columns is increased from 10 to 20, for both the TableApi and TableRowApi.
