Timesheets Setup

Module Overview:

Timesheets utilise several areas of setup to be fully functional, but not all are required to be used. Here is a brief introduction for each setting:

  • Employee Classes are where classifications and standard cost/sell rates are created for groupings of employees.

  • Time Codes are modifiers of cost/sell rates and payroll codes that are added in Timesheet lines. They are used for things like overtime, allowances, etc.

  • Timesheet Authorities gives an overview of what users have authorities over timesheets, expense claims, and other modules.

  • Timesheet Groups are where you can create or modify administrative groupings of employees.

  • Timesheet Group Jobs are used in conjunction with the Daily Diary module to define groups against jobs.
