Sub Contracts management
Overview
Subcontract management within Workbench encompasses the listing and creation of new subcontracts, and the modification of existing ones. It allows for the management of subcontract bonds, the solicitation and approval of variations, and the facilitation of subcontract communications. One can attach pertinent documents and assign authorized individuals to specific tasks. Additional features for management include overseeing subcontract retention trust accounts and subcontract insurance, as well as utilising the Subcontract Portal, Work Orders, Subcontract claims and Subcontract users.

The budget number displayed on the subcontract detailed screen does not originate from the job's quotation but rather from the total value of its Work Orders.
