Timesheets
Overview
Timesheets in Workbench are for tracking the time of employees for jobs that can be understood as labour cost. It includes the project time and payroll. Available in weekly or daily formats, timesheets can be entered via desktop or mobile by employees, authorised personnel. All timesheets must be completed and approved before being exported to payroll.
For organisations that employ long-term contractors instead of full-time employees, Contractor Timesheets can be used to record their work hours together with the normal timesheets.

This module requires configuration prior to use.
Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA): If your organisation implements the Enterprise Agreement, it is crucial to enable the EBA Interpreter. EBAs establish the guideline for converting the hours worked by an employee into the hours compensated, including allowances, and the corresponding Standard Rate for that compensation or allowance per employee.
Labour Journal Timesheet Batches (Labour Journal) are used to export Labour Recoveries that originated from Timesheets to your Financial System. These recoveries are used as part of Workbench's Standard Costing concept. Costs from timesheets take into consideration any combination of Employee Classes, Activities, and Time Codes.
The Advanced Mobile Timesheet requires a separately licence to use.
The Upvise Timesheet synchronises with the Workbench Timesheet.
