Timesheets
Module Overview:
Timesheets are a core aspect of Workbench, integrating time tracking for job costing and payroll purposes with the rest of the system.
This module is split into three subcategories:Â Timesheet Entry, Timesheet Approvals, and EBA Interpreter.
Timesheets are used by almost all Workbench companies for all employees that need to have their cost of employment reflected against a job, and/or for payroll facilitation.
Since this is a core module, extensive setup is required in several areas depending on the company's needs:
Multiple Financial Company functionality is available, allowing a person who belongs to one Financial Company to work on a job that belongs to another Financial Company. The resulting intercompany journals are automatically created, ready to be exported to the financial software.
