Overview:

The tax types used must correspond to the requirements of the system country.

These are configured by selecting the appropriate Xero TaxType in the Workbench GST Type's Export Code as synced for Xero Source Tax Rates.

 

For New Zealand, use INPUT2 as GST on Expenses and OUTPUT2 on GST on Income, which is 15%.
