How to create new Work Order

 Instructions

Work Orders can be reached in several ways:

  • Through the Site Map item itself under Subcontracts.

  • Through Job Subcontracts and selecting Work Orders from the blue ellipsis button.

  • Through Subcontract List and selecting Work Orders from the blue ellipsis button.

  • Through Subcontract Summary and clicking "View" next to any of the types, pre-filtering the list to only that type.

  1. Go to Subcontracts \ Work Order

  2. Click on +New Work Order button

  3. In the General section, entering all mandatory and important fields such as:

    1. Approver name

    2. Purchaser person

    3. Any referred other data

  4. Fill in the referred data on Other, Addresses and Extension columns sections.

  5. Click on New line to make the Work Order lines

  6. Entering the lines details

  7. Repeat for additional items (lines) when needed.

  8. Click on the Save button to create the Work Order.
