Application Log

Overview:

When infrequent System errors occur they are recorded in an Application Log.

Screen Guide:



  • Details of the problem encountered are recorded.

  • More details of each error may be viewed by selected 'Method'.

  • Save creates a file that may be Saved and/or Opened. This might be a usful file to add to a support ticket to provide Support Team with background of the error.

  • Submit sends a copy of the problem to Workbench Developers.
