Overview:

This screen is used to see file attachments in an overview format rather than navigating to the record's origin. It is easier to search based on various filter options for any attachment in Workbench. New attachments can only be created at the point of origin.

If you do not want this screen to be available to certain users, be sure to create a Site Map profile that does not include this option and apply the profile to their User.

Screen Guide:

After adjusting the filter to find the attachments you are searching for, this screen provides two links:

• Description pops up a window that gives you the option to change both the Description and Details fields.
• File Name links to the attachment itself, and opens in either the browser or an appropriate program depending on the file type.

Next Steps:

If you want to change any other details or remove/replace the attachment, you will need to navigate to the attachment's Record Type origin.
