Overview:

Job Types are used in Job Maintenance to classify jobs into groups. Workbench comes with several standard types with ADMIN, PLANT, and STOCK being ones that influence how Jobs with those types behave. You can add more types at any time and utilise reports based on Job Type as a dissection filter. You can modify a Job's type as long as the job has not been finalised.

You can add types at any time using + New Job Type, giving it a Job Type Code and a Description so that users can easily determine what the type represents. The Bin icon can be ticked to delete any unused types. Remember to Save after making any changes.
