Calendar
Overview:
The Upvise Calendar provides important information to the user and is a great way to begin each day. The calendar feature includes email and push notifications, and can also integrate with Outlook and Google Calendars. Users can access and manage items from the calendar, such as creating events for project meetings and inviting others. The Calendar displays various information including:
Tasks related to Projects, Equipment, People, Companies or stand-alone
Events and calendar reminders
Project start and finish dates
Key project milestone start and finish dates
Equipment maintenance due dates

Mobile Calendar (iPhone):
The Upvise Calendar allows you to view your own calendar or the calendars of others, depending on your user type. You can toggle between different calendars using the dropdown menu in the top right corner. You can also use the tabs at the top of the screen to switch between the Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views.
The calendar also has a panel on the right side that displays a monthly view. By clicking on a date in this panel, you can focus the screen on that day.
You can use checkboxes to show or hide certain types of information, such as tasks or events, on the screen. By selecting the "Options" button, you will see more settings for the calendar, including:
Here we can change how the calendar and time units are displayed, as well as the ability to turn on Completed items.
Custom Fields are available for calendar items if required.
Next Steps:
To view data on any calendar item, simply click on it and it will take you to the detail of that item’s application type. You can then perform actions or complete reports from that screen.
