To Do Note Types
Overview:
Notes or To Do items need a To Do type or a Note type selected to be entered. In this screen you can create these types against a specific table.
Tables that allow a Note or To Do item to be created against them are:
Companies
People
Jobs
Plant Items
Jobs
Job Invoices (used in Debt Management)
Screen Guide:
Table Name will control where this type is available:
Companies - Companies Notes tab, ToDo tab,
People - People Notes tab, ToDo Tab,
Jobs - Notes tab, ToDo tab,
Plant Items - Notes tab,
Job Invoices - Debt Management.
Description is a short text to describe and easily identify what the type is for.
IsToDo, indicate if the type is for a ToDo item or for a Note. Ticked indicates is a ToDo item type and will appear on ToDo Items entries. Not ticked indicates is a Note type only.
Bin can be selected to delete the record when saving.
Next Steps:
Create a Note or a To Do Item and view them from the Entity it was created or from Notes or To Do Items under Lists folder.
