Overview:

In Workbench, when hovering the mouse over your avatar at the top right of the screen, you will see a context menu that helps you for manage or change personal settings.

Screen Guide:

Open

• Change Password: Allows you to update your Workbench password. If you are using Microsoft 365 password, this change does not affect your Microsoft 365 password.

• Setup MFA: Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security. This a secure way to manage logins, where Office 365 authentication is not available. If the MFA control parameter is off, you will not see this option on the menu.

• My Authorities: Links to My Authorities and Delegations screen, where you can view your timesheet and expense claims authorities or check of the delegations. This is the place to set up your “Out Of Office” and trigger the auto delegation.

• Signature: where you can create of recreate your personal signature by mouse or digital pen. Note that there is no preview of an existing signature. Opening the popup will wipe any existing signature after prompt confirmation.

• Email Signature: where you can create or change your email signature that displayed on the emails you send out.

• Page parameters: displays information relate to the active page/popup: Permissions, Control Parameters, Page Settings, and Page Licences.

• Help: this opens the User Documentation of Workbench. The help is context sensitive, i.e. opens the help for the page you are viewing.

• Release Notes: links to the Release Note where you can view all of Workbench updates.

• Licence Agreement: links to the Agreement Summary of the legal rights and obligations of Workbench International and customer

• Logout: Log out of the system.
