How to modify a workflow schema

 

User Document: Workflow Schemas

For System Administrator only.

 

Workbench includes pre-built workflow schemas that encompass a variety of approval types. This article is about giving configuration to them to align with your organisation's business processes.

 Instructions

 

  1. Go to System Setup \ Workflow \ Workflow schemas

  2. Click on the referred schema to open it.

  3. Enter or change its details such as Description, Document type, Value review type, Techniacal review or assign the Workflow type as optional choice.

  4. Modify steps parameters if required.

    1. Change the reviewer or approver.

    2. Change the value limitation.

  5. Add/remove new step if required.

  6. Click on Save& Close button when done.
