How to get the import template file

Permission required.

 Instructions

1. Go to Administration \ Data Transfer \ Data Imports

2. Use filter to locate the preferred data type.

3. Click on it to open the Data Import screen.

4. Click on the button Template. The system will download the template file for this type of data.

You can now use the downloaded file to prepare the data.

Please note that the template files differ for each type of data, so make sure to download and use the corresponding file.
