How to add a custom report into the system

For System Administrator only.

Adding an unauthorised file report could cause issues for the system, and Workbench will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from this, including data loss or financial damage.

 Instructions

  1. Go toSystem Setup \ Reporting \ Reports. You will see the list of all reports on screen.

  2. Click on +New line button.

  3. Input /select all details of the custom report.

  4. Click Save button.

  5. Click on image-20240822-035938.png on the line of the custom report.

  6. Selec the corresponding report file.

  7. Upload it.

  8. Click on Save button again
