How to setup the currencies

 

User Document: Currencies

For System Administrator only. The system will automatically calculate the values in columns Local to FC and FC to local. Check before leaving.

This guide is about to manage currencies in Workbench, define the system currency is located in the Setup Wizard.

 Instruction

  1. Go to the System Setup \ General \ Currencies

  2. Utilise the filter to display all existing entries, which helps prevent the creation of duplicates.

  3. Click on +New line button to create new or click on any existing entry to modify it.

  4. Enter code, symbol, description, conversation rate, rate changes date, printable description, bank code (option), status.

  5. Repeat step 3,4 for other currencies when necessary.

  6. Click on Save button when finish.

 

Any currency that is not in used can be set as inactive by deselecting the Active check box
