How to setup the statuses

 

User Document: Statuses

For System Administrator only.

 

 Instructions

  1. Go to the System Setup \ General \ Statuses

  2. Select Type of document that you want to create the status(es). Any existing and pre-built statuses of selected document type will be displayed on screen.

  3. Click on +New button to make a new one.

  4. Enter the Status as name and its attribute.

  5. Click on Save button.

  6. Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 for other statuses of the selected document type, or repeat steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 for a different document type.
