Email Templates
Overview:
Workbench has the ability to send emails from various modules with default text. That default text can be modified here, adding customisability to suit your needs.
Screen Guide:
First, select from the Templates dropdown to show the default Subject and body text. Depending on your selection, you may see simple text or tables of data. Edit the data of both fields to suit your preference, being careful to keep any reference tokens necessary. Reference tokens (starting with $) are used to bring underlying table data into the email, resulting in the appropriate data each time one is generated.
The Stamp button displays a list of valid tokens available for the template. Selecting the required token will insert it into the email template editor.
Using the Reset button reverts the selected template to its default output. Remember to Save after making any changes.
Below are some examples of email Templates with their tokens. For up to date and all possible values check the Templates on the application.
