Service Logs Mobile

Overview:

For mobile functionality and a mobile platform for employees on the field to complete their work we recommend Upvise, and the use of Upvise Jobs which is fully integrated with Workbench Logs.

The Workbench Service Logs Mobile screen offers minimum functionality, and enables employees out on-site to see a list of Logs that have been allocated to them, and enter basic details like:
Completion details, Start and End times, Attachments, and Job Outputs ( provided that the Job has an Output schedule assigned to it).

For additional custom information that needs to be captured on a Mobile Log screen, Datasheets and Extension columns can be used.

 

Screen Guide:

By default, a user will see a list of Logs that have been allocated to her/him. The filters at the bottom left of the screen will assist to filter the list further or change the order of the list with custom criteria of her/his choice.

Once the Log is completed, it will not display on this list anymore.
