Overview:

Work Centre Groups are an optional addition to Work Centres, adding an extra layer of reporting to the Work Breakdown structure in Workbench. These are useful in situations where it is required that subtotals are shown for several groups of work centres.

Screen Guide:

• Code is the shorthand identifier for the group. This field must be unique.
• Description is used to describe what the group is meant to be used for.
• The Bin icon is used to delete groups by ticking the checkbox then clicking save. You cannot delete a group if it is being used in any Work Centres.

Use the new groups by assigning individual Work Centres one of the groups.
