Context

         When a person incurs business expenses that relate to multiple companies it is more efficient to process the expense claim in a single company and charge the appropriate companies, than to process multiple claims.

Terminology

         Home-Company     – company in which the claim is being processed and paid to employee

         Away-Company      – company(s) being charged for the claim being processed in Home-Company
                                        – refers to a Company in a separate Database (a Financial Company with ‘External Data base’ nominated)
