Feature Revisions

Lists

  • File Attachments:
Rectified an issue when using Network Folder storage ie. not using S3, where some folder names were being truncated resulting in a trailing space that prevented the report or file from being generated.

Purchasing

  • AP Invoices:
Rectified an issue where an error was reported when attempting to delete an AP Invoice when Extension Columns are configured.

Subcontracts

  • Subcontract Retention Management:
Functionality has been amended so if the value is $0 then it does not create the release AP invoice but just saves the Next Release date if edited.

Quotes

  • Quote Detail:

    • Display - This screen be made full screen to support the display of more cost sheets.

    • Copying Cost Sheets - Rectified the copying of units.

  • Quote Cost Sheet:
The Summary has been enhanced to correctly cater for the Revenue and Cost Element input format where the Sell does not apply to the individual lines.

Work Breakdown

  • Activity Group:
Since some client have many Activity Groups we have reengineered the Activity Groups tab to the standard web layout with a single list to tick/untick and the corresponding filters instead of the previous dual column approach that could not be paginated.

Administration

  • Workflow:
Refined the review limit testing for single value schemas when the step is being performed in context of Workflow Admin intervention. This issue was only when reviewed by the Workflow Admin and did not allow incorrect approvals.

  • Licence Matrix:
Additional validation is added to when purchasing Sharperlight licences if Sharperlight integration has not been setup:

    • then an error message is displayed

    • an email is sent to create a Freshdesk ticket and to notify WBI Support

    • the purchase request for the Sharperlight licences will not save

Integration

Microsoft Office 365

  • Email - Cater for “+” symbol to rectified an issue with the entity ID that was intermittently preventing the import of email conversations.

Xero

  • AP and AR invoices: Rectified a bug that would cause an error when exporting a batch if it contained invoices with the same invoice number but different casing e.g. "July 23", and "JULY 23".

Upvise

  • Users:
We've introduced a restriction within Workbench to prevent the licensing of multiple contacts using the same email for Upvise licenses. In cases where there are users sharing the same email, our synchronization process between Workbench and Upvise detects this as a sync error. Consequently, no attempts are made to generate new users with duplicate email addresses in Upvise. By following this approach, we guarantee the preservation of the existing user's activation status, while also ensuring that each new Upvise user is assigned a distinct email address within Workbench.

  • Punch List Created Date:
We've introduced “Created Date” option to the Punch item columns displayed control (available in Equipment Display Options)

  • When Created Date is selected in columns display setting, you will see a created date column in the punch item list:

Clients wanting to receive this update should raise a request with Workbench Support.
