Why don't I have access to the Reports screen?

Because the Reporting Dashboard page must be included in the user’s Site Map.
The user will get this error message “The requested page is not available to you, please contact your system administrator to obtain permission. Details: Could not be opened: 'xxxx/Reporting/Dashboard.aspx?ReportCategory=xxxxx” . This means that the site map item for a specific report category was added to the sitemap profile, but the base reports site map item, the Report Dashboard, is not part of the sitemap profile and must be added. Site map item is: Report Dashboard. This can be ticked as hidden, so it wil not display on the sitemap but it is required for any Report Category Panel to be accessed.
