MYOB Payroll

Payroll batches can be exported using API same as any other batch, from Batch Control. No special settings required. Both AUS and NZ Payroll can be used through API.

There are few key components for the integration to work:

1- Workbench Employee Number must match MYOB employee CardID.

2- Payroll categories in MYOB must match exactly Workbench Payroll codes. This is case sensitive. Do not type them; copy and paste from MYOB.

3- In MYOB, make sure each employee has the right Payroll categories enabled.

4- Payroll codes used in Workbench must be Wages type on MYOB. Entitlements cannot be used on Workbench, only Wages.
