3.0.16
Note: From version 3.0.17 on wards, personal timesheet licences must be assigned to users, in order for them to access their web timesheets. Please do so, from Licence Management menu, 'Enabled' column has to be ticked for the users using web timesheets.
Timesheets
- Both SAVE buttons (the one on the top and the one on the bottom of the page) are grayed out after the first click from the user to either one or the other. This is to avoid any duplicate lines, in the case the user clicks both buttons.
- Back/Save/New line buttons on Timesheets: Now if a user goes into timesheet through a Closed and Complete timesheet, and then navigates to a new timesheet or an existing one that is 'open', the buttons that will be available are the 3 buttons for an Open and uncompleted timesheet (Back/Save/New line), rather than the ones that were originally available when first going in to the closed timesheet  (which is only the Back button).
On the other hand, when a user goes into a timesheet through an 'Open' timesheet, and then navigates to a 'Complete and Approved' existing timesheet , the button that will be available is only the Back button, rather than the ones that were originally available when first going in to the 'Open' timesheet (Back/Save/New line).
When entering negative hours in Web timesheets, Control Parameter: 'Notes On Negative Values' will control if a note must be entered or not.
       - If set to Yes then validate notes on negative values.Â
       - If set to No, no notes are needed when entering negative values.
- Plant type jobs are now available to put time against them on Weekly and Daily web timesheets. Plant Type Code is defined in a control parameter: 'Plant Job Type'Â
- Disbursement activity types can be used in Weekly timesheets. Disbursement activity types in Daily timesheets were already allowed. Total disbursement quantity will not show as part of the Total summary on the bottom of the page.
3.0.16.61 - Timesheets Weekly view enhancements:
Weekly List view to include TimeCodes and Allowances.
- Two new columns:
Â
-Time/Allowance Code column, next to Work Centre. This will show a TimeCode if the activity is set to ‘Use TimeCode in Timesheets’. Please use same business rules around Time Codes that is used in Daily Timesheets.
-Cost Type column, next to Time/Allowance Code column.
This column has 3 possible values: TIME, ALLOWANCE, ‘’ (empty). If the activity is set to ‘Use TimeCode on timesheets’, this column will be populated with:
- Â Â TIME if the Is allowance check box is not checked on MDEÂ
Â
b-    ALLOWANCE if the 'Is allowance' check box IS checked on MDE
c-Â Â Â Â No value (empty) if the activity does not use time codes on timesheets.
2. The results on the grid will be sorted by Cost Type column in order to show first TIME, second ALLOWANCE, and the rest of the transactions with no time codes below. Showing them together will facilitate the reviewer/approver’s process.
3. One new summary line at the bottom of the page (above the existing Total summaries) to show totals per day in quantity for Allowances. It only includes allowances.
The existing total summary excludes Allowances (Time activity type with Allowance TimeCode) and Disbursements.
    4. The new columns on the grid can be hidden on Grid Management if necessary. Default has the 2 new columns and the Allowances qty total hidden. The three elements are shown together or not shown at all. One cannot be shown without the others.
    5. Highlight timesheet lines in yellow when 'Total Allowances Qty' is clicked (similar to the way it works on Daily Timesheets)
    6. Highlight timesheet lines in yellow when a column in 'Total Allowances Qty' line is clicked. In this case the lines that make up for that qty should be selected.Â
Datasheets
When opening a Datasheet from a User (in User List, Datasheet tab), a Company (from Company List, Datasheet tab), or Job (from Jobs List, Datasheet tab), the datasheet will now be opened in a new tab of the same browser, so it is easier to go back to where the user was before opening it.Â
Emailing Reports
An Email button has been added to the Report Rendering screen. Â This enables the displayed report to be emailed as a PDF attachment to a specified email address. Â For now only 1 email address can be entered, and cannot select from People or Users list. It will be improved on future releases.
Keep in mind that the sender ID from the user that is sending the email can be overwritten by Email Sender ID settings under Administration–> Settings:
The format of the email is provided with a template named "Report - {Report Name}" (where {Report Name} is the name of the SSRS report), or "Report - Default" if that is not specified.
E-mail templates for the reports can be found under 'Configuration' --> 'Template Management'
Template files are saved in the path where the application files are stored: /Config/Templates/ReportMessages
Templates are HTML files and the naming convention is the report name.
 Phone Web Timesheets
-When entering time transactions, the selection of Activity Codes has been improved so that the Activity Code list on each new line, matches the Activity Codes for the job in each line, and not the list from the first job selected.
-Disbursement activity types, can be used in Phone Timesheets, The quantity, as it is a disbursement and not hours, will not be included in the total summary.
Leave Scheduler
version 3.0.16.68
Leave scheduler will only be showing active employees, rather than all active people records.
