Duplicated Timesheet Lines

Previously timesheets lines created with the "Duplicate" option did not save correctly.  This has been fixed.

PO Receipting

A PO Receipting screen (Inwards Goods) has been added.

Job Outputs on Daily Diary

A new option has been added to the Daily Diary dashboard to allow the entry of job outputs.

Contractor Daysheets

Various enhancements have been made to the Contractor Daysheets functionality in conjunction with MDE enhancements.  These include:

  • having a manager and supervisor on each contractor schedule
  • restricting the daysheet list accordingly, apart from a "Contractor Daysheet Admin" permission which allows access to all daysheets
  • allowing over-schedule docket entries and recording these as variations
  • calculating a schedule line balance and showing this on the daysheet detail screen
  • leading spaces are stripped from Docket Numbers

Approval Reports

Approval reports are now configurable and so can be custom.  On approval, a PDF is automatically generated and recorded in Stored Files according to the "Create PDF on Document Approval" setting.

Reports on People, Companies and Jobs

Reports can now be configured for selection and rendering from a Reports tab on the People, Companies and Jobs screens.
