Reporting

WebWorkbench reporting setup now uses the same tables as the Crystal reports run from the MDE: Reports, ReportTypes, SecurityGroupReports.

Each WebWorkbench ReportType can be configured with XML to have set set of either static or predicate report parameters.

Reports are available for selection for users according to the Report Security Groups they belong to.
