Integration
Overview
In addition to file exports/imports, Workbench can be integrated with other financial system or software depending on the organisation's needs. Integrations must be properly configured by a System Administrator before use. The supported systems list:
Xtracta as Image Document, which can be used for Accounts Payable Voucher in Workbench.
Sharperlight software for reporting and analysing.
To utilise third-party software, organisation must directly handle the payment for their licences, as Workbench does not engage in the licensing, subscription, or rights to use such software, excepting the Upvise and Sharperlight. Read more.
Upvise
Upvise is a third-party software that partners with Workbench to offer proven field mobility. Workbench procures monthly licenses for our clients, which are then incorporated into our billing. This partnership is to improve mobility within these sectors.
Job Scheduling (Servicing/Reactive & maintenance works)
Resource scheduling for People & Equipment
Equipment Servicing and Maintenance
Safe Work Templates (SWMS)
Expense Claims
Daily Diary for transactional data capture (Project hours, dockets, stock transactions etc)
Asset management
Sales & deals (Quotes)
When transactions are being generated in Upvise, Workbench is always the host. For example, timesheets entered in Upvise will be exported to Workbench and form part of the users timesheet in Workbench. The photo below shows the data mapping between Workbench ans Upvise:
Upvise operates its own hosting environment, independent of Workbench's.
Workbench resells Upvise and Sharperlight licence.
