Individual Timesheets can be entered by a user with an appropriate licence, or by an administrator on behalf of an employee. There are several entry methods available including daily, weekly, and mobile timesheets. Generally, users who have little differentiation in jobs and activities from week to week will

are an excellent choice for on-the-ground users who only access Workbench from their mobile phones. Alternatively, Workbench facilitates Crew Timesheets elsewhere via
the Daysheets
module, where one supervisor can enter timesheets on behalf of a group of employees each day. Or for more advanced and complete mobile capabilities, Workbench integrates with Upvise.
This screen can be accessed through Timesheets → DesktopTimesheets. Depending on which method of timesheet entry is the default in Control Parameters (Daily or Weekly Timesheets), the corresponding page is displayed when navigating through Desktop Timesheets without having to go to the specific Daily or Weekly Timesheets pages.
Timesheets in Workbench are week based, even if your company has a different payroll period such as fortnightly or monthly.
