Question: I have made changes to a company in MYOB Advanced, but the changes don't seem to have come through to Workbench. What can I do to troubleshoot this?
Answer: On MYOB Adv Integration screen, select History to see the schedule that has been set up and when it has run.
The History will show when a user has selected the manual import or if there is a schedule that has been run.
If there is no schedule that is being run, this will need to be started via the config file.
