Purchasing
- Purchase Order Details - The column POReference3 is now available on the PO lines grid under the header 'Line Ref', and may be configured from Grid management. It is hidden by default.
AP Invoice Details - On AP Invoice entry you are now able to include from Docket lines similar to the way you are able to include from PO lines. Note there is no support for partial docket line invoicing.
Administration
Utility - A Delete Company utility function is introduced for situations where a company is created by mistake. The function takes a company as an input parameter. A company is deletable only if it is limited to just the company, addresses and people. Any other data associated with the company (e.g. jobs, POs, AP Invoices) prevents deletion. The function access is permission controlled.
Role Details - A 'Run All Utilities' permission is now available for admin roles. Previously only utility specific permissions were available.
User List - WebWB requires the extended productivity hours to be setup, which was not required under the mde, and therefore require manual update of users. An initialisation script now does an auto setup for all active employee without extended productivity based on current control parameters for 'Default People Week Charge Hrs' and 'Default People Week Hrs'.
Cost Category - On install, if there is not already a cost category with 'Hrs' units, then we create a cost category of 'Labour' with units 'Hrs' and assign this cost category to all time activities. If there is already a cost category of 'Labour' then just update unit to 'Hrs'. This is required for the correct display of Job Enquiry.
Integration
