Beta Release 4.5.28.1
Scheduled Release - 02 May 2022
New Features
Subcontracts
Subcontract Claim - Retentions & Releases:
Previously Workbench created a distinct subclaim document for the purpose of a retention release from Retention Management, and this was the only means of recognising a retention release. This enhancement provides flexibility for the retention release while maintaining full traceability.
The enhancement adds an additional line on the Subcontract Claim Main tab to explicitly specify any Retention Release (edit line in image). This allows:
Specifying a retention withheld and retention release within the context of a single subcontract claim
Full traceability of each value as there is no net-off into a single value
Since for existing data only retention releases performed from Retention Management with a distinct subclaim document can be recognised as releases, only these will display as such.
The current lists are updated to accommodate this enhancement as:
Subcontract popup, Claims tab - only has a single column, re-labeled ‘Net Retention’ and displays the sum
Subcontract Retention Management - separate columns and will continue to display as usual
Subcontract Claims - only has a single column and displays the sum
Feature Revisions
GeneralWe are happy to announce Workbench has undergone a routine component and performance review. Relevant components have been upgraded and performance re-engineered on some key areas including:
