Access to EBA
Access to the EBA screens (site map items) is now controlled by not only the appropriate licence but also a NEW PERMISSION called EBA Admin
Those users with the standard roles Finance or Administrator, will not be affected, as this pemrission has been included in those roles.
However, users have a custom role assigned to them, this new permission must be added to those roles for the user to have access to the EBA screens.

report title changed from Subcontract Retention Transaction to Subcontract Retention Statement
Profit Centre was removed from the report as Contractors do not know about this concept and it is irrelevant fo rthem.

Data Entry licence now includes access to the EBA sitemap items. Note that for a user to access the EBA sitemap items it requires:apropriate licence,
EBA Admin permission (new from this release),
have the sitemap items included the Sitemap profile.
