Overview:

The Leave Scheduler provides an overview of both Requested and Approved Leave. Assist an Approver on planning work ahead and giving an idea of who is available before approving other leave requests.

A colour distinction is made between Unapproved and Approved  Leave. See Leave Scheduler Setup

Filters may be applied for individuals, Timesheet Groups and Work Groups. The Timesheet Group Filter is only available to a 'Leave Administrator', and only for the Groups for which they have this authority.

Mouse-over provides additional information on each leave request.

Resource Allocation Types

The Resource Allocation Types to be entered in the Leave Type Management Screen need to be entered as 'Leave Approved' and 'Leave Not Approved'

Nominate the Colour of the Box Outline for the Leave Scheduler. This is only used for cosmetic purposes, and to assist on the view of leave requests in Leave Scheduler, where the user can differentiate what type of leave it is, by the color of the box outline.
