Ensure that you have set up your new staff member as an person and/or user in workbench
It is essential that the email address is entered for the Workbench user, as this is a mandatory requirement for Upvise licensing
Navigate to “Application access” on the user
Add “Upvise user” licence and click save
The Upvise user will automatically sync to Upvise as a “Manager” “Standard” user type in the next hourly sync
You can force the sync by going to the “Upvise Integration” screen and clicking “Export/import”
