Next Steps:Overview:
This screen is used by individual users to see their own email history and the status of each. System administrators can use Email Status List for a system-wide list of emails and their statuses.
The main purpose of this function is to see emails that have encountered an error when the system attempted to send them. You can also reset the email to have the system try again.
Screen Guide:
By default, only emails with a Status of Failed will be displayed, but you can change the filter to show historical emails as well.
To reprocess an email that had failed, update the recipient's email in People, then tick the checkbox in the first column and click the Reset button. Please note that resetting Succeeded emails will trigger another email to be sent, resulting in a duplicate of the previously sent email being delivered. This can be used in situations where the recipient claims that the email did not arrive, though remind them to check their Junk/Spam folders for system-generated messages.
