This is the main document used to build your ITP template across all projects. It includes pre-defined fields that auto-fill details from the project, such as Project Code, Area/Lot, Site Address, Client Name, and Phone Number.

The ITP application aids as a source of defaults for Tasks and Activities that commonly are required for ITP process documentation.

Tasks:

Tasks are used to Group related activities

Activities:

Define the details of the activity and evidence required to demonstrate completion. These set the defaults on the ITP form when created on a project.

Screen Guide

After the configuration of your templates and ITP module is completed, you can proceed to create ITP’s from a project.

1. Creating a new ITP from a Project

  1. Create the form.

  2. Populate required form fields.

  3. Select ITP Tasks.

  4. ITP Activities will auto-select from your pre-defined ITP module configuration. Add or remove activities as needed.

  5. Click “Commit Listed Activities.”

  1. Submit the Inspection Test Plan form. The form name will be appended with the selected Task name.

2. Creating ITC’s from the ITP

If ITC’s are being used, you can navigate to the activity subform that you just created from the ITP. There is a button “Manage ITC’s” that will help you select the ITC template and the Quantity if ITC to generate.

  1. Once created, you will see the ITC’s as a draft linked to the project
    View the draft ITCs linked to the project, with % completion visible in the pop-up window and on the form.
